The more information you can share upfront, the faster and more accurate our FOB costing will be. You don’t need a complete tech pack to get started — a style image and these 7 details are enough for a first quotation.
Style type — e.g. men’s crew neck sweat shirt, women’s fitted polo shirt
Fabric — e.g. 100% combed cotton, French terry, CVC piqué
Weight (GSM) — or just the season: SS (lighter) or AW (heavier)
Colour — Pantone reference, or describe it and we’ll propose options
Quantity — pieces per colour per style (minimum 1,000 pcs)
Delivery window — target date or retail season (SS/AW and year)
Destination market — country and any compliance standards required (BSCI/SEDEX)

The MOQ is 1,000 pieces per colour per style for all garment categories — polo shirts, t-shirts, sweat shirts, sweat jackets, jackets, sweaters, knitwear, woven shirts, and trousers. A 3-colour order in one style requires 1,000 pcs per colour (3,000 total). This MOQ ensures a full production run with consistent fabric dyeing, trim sourcing, and AQL quality control.

No. A style image (photo or reference) plus fabric type, colour, quantity, and delivery target is enough for a first quotation. A tech pack is required before we proceed to sampling. If you don’t have a tech pack, our team can help develop one from your style references — this is part of our OEM service.
For a new style with sampling: allow 90–120 days from first contact to EU warehouse. Breakdown: initial costing 48 hrs → first sample 2–3 weeks → sample approval → bulk production 60–90 days → sea freight to EU 25–35 days from FOB Chittagong. For repeat orders in existing styles, lead time reduces to 60–75 days total.
All partner factories producing through Nak Fashion Group are audited under BSCI or SEDEX/SMETA. ISO 9001:2015 quality management and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 chemical safety testing are also maintained at factory level. Every shipment includes: BSCI or SEDEX audit report, Certificate of Origin (EU GSP), AQL inspection report, and OEKO-TEX fabric test report. All certifications are held by the producing partner factories — not by Nak Fashion Group itself.
Standard payment terms are TT (bank transfer) — 30% advance at order confirmation, 70% before shipment. Letter of Credit (L/C) is available for established buyers. Sample costs are charged at cost price and credited back on bulk order confirmation. Pricing is always quoted FOB Chittagong — all export documentation, packing, and loading are included.
Yes — factory visits are welcome and encouraged for new buyers. We arrange tours of our relevant partner factories in Dhaka, Gazipur, and Narayanganj with prior notice. Contact us to schedule. Factory BSCI/SEDEX audit reports are also available on request for buyers who prefer to review compliance documentation before visiting.
