Over 28 years later, that mission has never changed. We earn our clients’ trust through transparency, compliance, and consistent delivery — every order, every season.”

Who We Are

Nak Fashion Group is one of Bangladesh’s most established garment buying houses, founded in 1998 by Md Nadeem Hossain in Dhaka. For over 28 years, we have been the trusted sourcing partner for fashion brands and retailers across Europe, the United States, and Australia.

As a buying house, we act as the professional bridge between international buyers and Bangladesh’s manufacturing base — managing the entire sourcing cycle from factory selection through sampling, production monitoring, quality control, and export documentation.

We work with 300+ partner factories whose certifications include BSCI, SEDEX, ISO 9001, and OEKO-TEX — so the compliance documents your procurement team requires are always included in your standard order package.

Active EU brand partners include Peek & Cloppenburg, SIGNUM, FYNCH-HATTON, Kleider Bauer, and KITARO. International recognition includes 8 international awards between 2015–2019: from the International Star for Leadership in Quality (Gold, Paris 2015) through four separate 2016 recognitions in Geneva, Frankfurt and London, to the World Quality Commitment Award (Diamond, Paris 2017) and two WORLDCOB BIZZ Awards (2018, 2019).

Our services

What We Do for International Buyers

We manage every stage of garment sourcing so you can focus on your brand — from first inquiry to goods in your warehouse.

Factory Sourcing & Vetting

We select the right certified factory from our 300+ partner network based on your product category, MOQ, required audit standards, and capacity — so you don’t need a team on the ground in Bangladesh.

Submit sourcing brief

Product Development & Sampling

From tech pack to first sample, counter sample, and pre-production sign-off. We coordinate revisions and costing between buyer and factory at every step, with typical first sample turnaround of 2–3 weeks.

Compliance Management

We track factory audit status and certification renewals across BSCI, SEDEX, ISO 9001, and OEKO-TEX. All relevant compliance documents are included in your order package — no separate requests needed.

View certifications

Quality Control & Inspection

Our in-house QC team (not outsourced) conducts in-line and final AQL inspections at partner factories. Defects are resolved before dispatch — your warehouse is not our QC floor.

Logistics Coordination

We coordinate sea and air freight with trusted forwarders and prepare full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and factory compliance certificates — all managed by our team.

Dedicated Account Management

Every buyer is assigned one dedicated merchandiser. That person manages all communication, production updates, and documentation from first inquiry to delivery. No handoffs, no confusion.

Md Nadeem Hossain

With over 28 years of direct experience in the Bangladesh RMG sector, he has built Nak Fashion into one of the country’s most internationally recognised buying houses — with active client relationships spanning Germany, Spain, France, Austria, the United States, and Australia.

What drives us

Our Core Values

Not statements on a wall — these are the operating principles that determine how we select factories, manage orders, and respond when things go wrong.

01

Compliance First

We will not place an order with a factory that does not meet our audit standards. Buyer compliance requirements are never compromised for cost or speed.

02

Quality Without Exception

Every order goes through in-line and final QC. We flag and fix defects before shipment — not after. Our buyers’ warehouses are not our QC floor.

03

Transparent Pricing

Full cost breakdown from fabric to FOB. We negotiate with factories on your behalf and pass savings on — no unexplained margins, no surprise costs.

04

On-Time Delivery

Fashion has seasons. A delivery that arrives in the wrong week is a delivery that fails. We manage production milestones proactively, not reactively.

05

Long-Term Relationships

Our best evidence is buyers who have sourced through us for 10+ years. We invest in understanding your brand, your buyer profile, and your long-term sourcing strategy.

06

Responsible Sourcing

We prioritise factories with ethical employment practices, fair wages, and environmental responsibility — because sustainable sourcing is non-negotiable for the brands we serve.

07

Honest Communication

If there is a production issue, you hear from us before you would normally notice. We call problems early, present solutions, and keep you in control.

08

Continuous Improvement

Our ISO 9001:2015 framework is a working system — not a certificate for display. We track performance metrics across every order and use them to improve our service.

OEKO

OEKO-TEX® Std 100 Factories

Responsible sourcing

Our Approach to Sustainability

The brands we serve — particularly in Europe — face increasing regulatory and consumer pressure to demonstrate responsible sourcing. We take this seriously as a core operating principle, not a compliance checkbox.

Bangladesh is home to the world’s highest concentration of LEED-certified green garment factories. We actively connect buyers who need sustainable manufacturing credentials with these facilities.

LEED Green FactoriesEU Green Deal Aligned Fair Wage FactoriesEthical Labour Standards OEKO-TEX Certified Fty.Water-Efficient Production

Green Factory Access

We connect buyers with LEED-certified factories — relevant for EU taxonomy, ESG reporting, and sustainability certification requirements.

Ethical Labour Standards

All partner factories are BSCI or SEDEX audited for labour practices, fair wages, working hours, and workplace safety. Audit reports available on request.

Chemical Safety (OEKO-TEX)

For childrenswear and eco-sensitive lines, we source from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified factories — guaranteeing no harmful substances in the finished garment.

Community & Employment

Our factory partnerships prioritise manufacturers that invest in worker welfare, skills training, and community development — because sustainable relationships extend beyond compliance.

Why choose us

What Sets Us Apart from Other Bangladesh Buying Houses

Bangladesh has many buying houses. Here is what differentiates Nak Fashion Group for buyers who require more than a sourcing agent.

25 Years of Verifiable Track Record

Not a new agency. Not a broker. Nak Fashion Group has been operating since 1998, with client relationships, international awards, and a factory network tested over decades, not months.

In-House QC — Not Outsourced

Our quality control team is employed directly by Nak Fashion Group. We do not use third-party inspection agencies for routine QC — our people are at the factories, every order.

One Point of Contact Per Buyer

You never deal with multiple departments or shifting contacts. Your dedicated merchandiser manages everything from first inquiry to final delivery, across every order.

Full-Service, Not Just Introductions

Many sourcing agents connect buyer and factory, then step back. We stay engaged through the entire order — sampling, production, QC, documentation, logistics end-to-end.

Proactive Problem Communication

Production issues happen in every supply chain. We contact buyers with problems — and solutions — before the issue impacts your delivery. No surprises at shipment time.

Genuine Global Experience

We understand the specific compliance expectations, seasonal timing, and commercial norms of EU, US, and Australian buyers — because we actively serve all three markets.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions we hear most from EU, US, and Australian buyers considering sourcing through Nak Fashion Group for the first time.

A buying house is a professional intermediary that manages the entire sourcing process between an international buyer and garment factories. Instead of dealing directly with one factory whose compliance, capacity, and quality you need to verify independently, a buying house like Nak Fashion Group gives you access to 300+ pre-vetted, compliance-audited factories, managed by a team with 28 years of Bangladesh market experience. You get faster sampling, lower risk, better factory-negotiated pricing, and full compliance documentation as standard — without needing a dedicated team in Bangladesh.
Our partner factories hold certifications including BSCI, SEDEX (SMETA audited), ISO 9001:2015, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100. These certifications are held by the individual partner factories — not by Nak Fashion Group itself. Our role is to vet, select, and monitor these factories on your behalf, and to include relevant audit reports in your standard order documentation.
Yes. While our largest established client base is in Europe (Germany, Spain, France, Austria), we actively serve fashion brands and wholesale buyers in the United States and Australia. We have experience with US import requirements, ESG compliance documentation, FOB and DDP incoterms, and the seasonal buying cycles relevant to Australian retail. An initial conversation has no commitment and no minimum order requirement.
Our in-house QC team (employed directly by Nak Fashion Group, not outsourced) conducts inspections at two stages: in-line inspections during production (checking construction, measurements, and fabric quality as the order is being made) and final random AQL inspections before shipment. Any defects found at final inspection are resolved at the factory before goods are dispatched — we do not approve shipment of non-conforming goods.
Typical timeframes: First sample: 2–3 weeks from tech pack approval. Bulk production: 60–90 days from order confirmation and sample sign-off. Sea shipment to Europe: 25–35 days. Sea to USA/Australia: 30–45 days. Air to Europe: 5–7 days. We confirm all lead times before order placement and track production milestones weekly to flag any risk to the agreed schedule.
MOQs vary by product category and factory. Knitwear (T-shirts, polo): typically 300–500 pieces per style per colour. Woven shirts and blouses: typically 500 pieces. Outerwear and jackets: 300–500 pieces depending on complexity. We discuss specific MOQ requirements during your initial inquiry — for established buyer relationships, we can sometimes consolidate smaller quantities across factory runs.
