Our in-house QC team (employed directly by Nak Fashion Group, not outsourced) conducts inspections at two stages: in-line inspections during production (checking construction, measurements, and fabric quality as the order is being made) and final random AQL inspections before shipment. Any defects found at final inspection are resolved at the factory before goods are dispatched — we do not approve shipment of non-conforming goods.
Typical timeframes: First sample: 2–3 weeks from tech pack approval. Bulk production: 60–90 days from order confirmation and sample sign-off. Sea shipment to Europe: 25–35 days. Sea to USA/Australia: 30–45 days. Air to Europe: 5–7 days. We confirm all lead times before order placement and track production milestones weekly to flag any risk to the agreed schedule.
MOQs vary by product category and factory. Knitwear (T-shirts, polo): typically 300–500 pieces per style per colour. Woven shirts and blouses: typically 500 pieces. Outerwear and jackets: 300–500 pieces depending on complexity. We discuss specific MOQ requirements during your initial inquiry — for established buyer relationships, we can sometimes consolidate smaller quantities across factory runs.
